BLC International Pty Ltd use GoFundraise as their internet payment supplier. All funds paid online by your customers will be received into the Trust Account of GoFundraise. Every two weeks, GoFundraise will remit your profit for each tub sold ($4.00) within that two week period, to your nominated bank account. The cost of the tub ($16.00) will be paid direct to BLC International Pty Ltd, trading as Billy G’s Gourmet Cookie Dough. The cost of the Christmas Fruit Cake ($17.50) will be paid direct to BLC International Pty Ltd, trading as Billy G’s Gourmet Cookie Dough. GoFundraise will retain $0.50 for each tub as their fee for use of their internet payment platform as part of the $16.00. Your group is not required to make any payment for the orders placed. Payments for the tubs ordered online by your customers will automatically be made to BLC International Pty Ltd with the profit paid direct to your organisation every two weeks for the duration of your fundraiser.

INVOICE:
Every two weeks after the funds are remitted from GoFundraise to BLC International Pty Ltd, BLC International Pty Ltd will invoice your group for the cost of each tub ordered ($16.00). The balance owing on your organisation’s invoice will be $0.00. The invoice to be supplied will be for your accounting and auditing records only.

COOKIE DOUGH ORDER:
When placing your order with Billy G’s Gourmet Cookie Dough, you only order what you sell. When your group’s Billy G’s Gourmet Cookie Dough Fundraiser date expires, your orders will automatically be generated by Billy G’s Gourmet Cookie Dough and your account manager will liaise with your group’s coordinator to arrange the delivery of the cookie dough tubs. Once the order is finalised, Billy G’s Gourmet Cookie Dough require 14 days (2 weeks) to arrange delivery in QLD, NSW + VIC and 21 days (3 weeks) for SA. For groups in WA, Billy G’s Gourmet Cookie Dough requires 28 days (4 weeks) for collection to be made available in our warehouse. The Christmas Fruit Cake tub is an exclusive flavour (in Term 4 only) and is only available while stocks last (3,000 tubs only).

DELIVERY COSTS:
There is no delivery cost associated with the delivery of your group’s product, to where we can deliver including metro and outer metro areas. Should your area fall under a minimum tub requirement i.e. 104 tubs or 152 tub minimums to regional areas, our office will advise you at the time of booking of any minimum tub requirements.

Residents in Western Australia – We do not deliver in Perth and surrounding areas. All orders must be collected from our warehouse in Jandakot.
Residents in Tasmania and Northern Territory – Billy G’s Gourmet Cookie Dough is not available in these States

PRIZES:
Upon completion of your fundraiser, the prizes for your individual members will be automatically ordered and despatched from BLC International Pty Ltd’s warehouse direct to your group. Your prizes will arrive prior to your cookie dough arriving. The individual prizes we offer are intended towards the individual participants in your group. Prizes only given based on the number of cookie dough tubs sold. Should you not offer prizes to your participants it will be at the discretion of BLC International Pty Ltd trading as Australian School & Club Fundraising Specialists™ to supply prizes to the group.
