Billy G’s Cookie Dough Pops

If you’re on the hunt from some quick and dough-licious party treats, look no further! Billy G’s Gourmet Cookie Dough can be used to make these gorgeous Cookie Dough Pops, a dough-lightful sweet snack for any occasion! Adapted from Sugar Spun Run, discover how you can use Billy G’s Gourmet Cookie Dough to create scrumptious Cookie Dough Pops.


Chocolate - Cookie

Recipe adapted from


Any flavour of Billy G’s Gourmet Cookie Dough will be perfect for this recipe, but we think these flavours would be best:

  • Choc Chunk
  • Triple Choc
  • Mint Choc
  • Caramel White Chocolate
  • Nestle Smarties



  • Billy G’s Gourmet Cookie Dough
  • Dipping Chocolate (optional)
  • Skewers or sticks



Step 1

Thaw cookie dough until cool and soft.


Step 2

Scoop the cookie dough from the tub until you have about 1.5 tablespoons of cookie dough. Roll into balls until smooth, and refrigerate until chilled.


Step 3

If you would like to coat your cake pops in chocolate, melt your chocolate and prepare sprinkles or other toppings. Dip one end of your Cookie Dough Pop stick into the chocolate (about 3-4 cm). Insert gently into your chilled cookie dough balls.


Step 4

Dip the rest of your Cookie Dough pop into the chocolate, and stand upright. Sprinkle your toppings while chocolate is wet, and refrigerate to set.


Tips and Tricks!

Making these when your dough is cold (but not frozen!) will help you roll your dough into neat, scrumptious little balls! The sticks or skewers also seem to stand better when pressed into dough fresh from the fridge.

Dipping your sticks into some melted chocolate before inserting into the dough balls helps them stay in and hold up! If you want to dip your entire Cookie Dough pop in the dough, that will also help keep everything from falling apart!

To give your Cookie Dough Pops a little bit of pizzaz, dip your chocolate coated pops in sprinkles!
