Australian Fundraising are deeply committed to marine conservation. This year, we’re thrilled to celebrate World Turtle Day on May 23rd and World Reef Day on June 1st. These days are crucial for raising awareness and driving action to protect our beloved marine habitats.
Back in 2022, we launched the Go Green program with the Great Barrier Reef Foundation. Today, it’s evolved into our Care For A Cause initiative. Our joint passion for the ocean drives this partnership, helping us protect marine life and their precious habitats. Our collaborative efforts are making a real difference in preserving our oceans.
The Care For A Cause Program is a unique approach that redefines the concept of incentive prizes. Instead of students redeeming their fundraising credit towards incentive prizes, they can make a meaningful impact to the environment and communities around Australia by allocating their funds to support two amazing charitable causes and two nature-positive organisations. It’s a game-changer for fundraising, the environment, and communities across Australia!

Turtles are among the oldest living creatures, vital for indicating the health of our oceans. Open to Australian residents only. The giveaway closes on Sunday 2nd June at 11:59 pm AEST. Participants can guess the number of Turtle Tokens on either our Instagram or Facebook posts. Only one entry is allowed per person on either Instagram or Facebook. The first closest guess (without going over) wins! The winner will be selected and announced on June 3rd June via Instagram and Facebook Stories. The winner will also be contacted directly via DM via our official Facebook or Instagram account. This giveaway is not endorsed, administered or sponsored by Instagram or Facebook.
Care For A Cause
You can make a difference by choosing to Care For A Cause prize option when you do one of our Fun Runs or a Glowtastic Disco Party. These international days are an important reminder that individually our actions count, celebrating what we can do to support the oceans that enrich our lives so much.
