Dolly’s Dream is an Australian anti-bullying organisation established in 2018, in memory of Dolly Everett. Before ending her life when she was 14 years old, Dolly experienced cruel and unrelenting bullying and cyberbullying.
Dolly’s Dream is committed to preventing bullying and cyberbullying through education, support and resources for students, parents and teachers across Australia. But this important work cannot be achieved without the generous contributions of individuals and communities across Australia. Choosing to fundraise for Dolly’s Dream helps others from experiencing the devastating effects of bullying. Now, you can join the movement too.

The Do It For Dolly Colour Explosion School Run 4 Fun is the brightest, most inclusive fundraiser for Dolly’s Dream. In collaboration with Dolly’s Dream, your participants can spread a message of hope while enjoying the brightest day at your school or group!
The Do It For Dolly School Run 4 Fun is a four-week online fundraiser, culminating in your Colour Explosion School Fun Run on Do It For Dolly Day!
How does a Dolly’s Dream Fun Run work?
A Do It For Dolly Colour Explosion School Run 4 Fun is a simple fundraiser, with a big impact! You simply register your school or group, receive your fundraising materials, fundraise for Dolly’s Dream, and run your fun run!
You will receive a dedicated fundraising support manager who will step you through every stage of your fun run. You will never be alone in your fundraiser, with your dedicated team doing all the heavy lifting for you!
The Do It For Dolly Colour Explosion School Run 4 Fun fundraiser comes with everything you need to succeed – including your FREE Colour Powder and UV400 Sunglasses, sponsorship booklets, promotional posters and a FREE cybersafe online fundraising platform! Better yet – your fundraising kit will be sent to you before your fundraiser begins, so all you have to do is hang up your posters, distribute your sponsorship booklets and get started!

No, you can run your Do It For Dolly Colour Explosion School Run 4 Fun on any day of the year! However, Do It For Dolly Day is a nationwide movement to say no to bullying and cyberbullying in memory of Dolly. In 2022, Do It For Dolly Day falls on Friday 13 May.
We don’t want incentive prizes.
We understand that you may not want incentive prizes. If you wish to spread kindness with your incentive prizes, we recommend donating them to charities like MyTown, who help children experiencing tough circumstances.
Do students have to fundraise to participate?
No, every student can participate regardless of their fundraising status! Every participant will receive an allocation of colour powder, a free pair of sunglasses and all fundraising materials even if they choose not to fundraise for Dolly’s Dream. Students who raise $10 or more will receive incentive prizes.
