How to Make Your Cookie Dough Pizza

If you’re looking for a show-stopping dessert that’s quick and easy to make, look no further than pizza! With just a few tips and tricks, you can create a mouth-watering dessert that’s sure to be a hit. Don’t miss out on this fool-proof recipe that’s guaranteed to satisfy any sweet tooth.

  1. STEP 1: The first step in making the perfect pizza is often the trickiest – rolling out the dough! Don’t let the dough’s elasticity and stubbornness to stay in a ball get the best of you. The key is to knead it well and give it a moment to relax. Once you’ve done that, the dough will be much more cooperative and easier to shape. Make sure to grease your pan before pressing the dough toward the edges. If the dough is sticking to your fingers, use non-stick cooking spray to help. And if it’s still shrinking, give it a rest for a few minutes before pressing again.

  1. STEP 2:Spread chocolate sauce over the pizza crust. The key is to warm it up before spreading it on your crust. The quickest and easiest way to do this is by microwaving it for a few seconds until it reaches a spreadable consistency. And remember, only heat up what you need to avoid overcooking the sauce!

  1. STEP 3: Add raw Choc Chunk Billy G’s Cookie Dough over the chocolate sauce layer. Choc Chunk Billy G’s Cookie Dough adds the perfect touch of sweetness to a dessert pizza, but it can be a bit tricky to spread out evenly. Don’t worry – just remember that cookies will spread as they bake! To add the dough, use a large serving spoon to scoop up a heaping portion, and then use a butter knife to cut off small pieces and let them fall randomly onto the pizza. Embrace the rustic look and let the cookies work their magic as they bake!

  1. STEP 4: To bake your delicious pizza dessert to perfection, preheat your oven and position the rack in the center. This ensures even baking and a crispy crust that’s sure to impress!

  1. STEP 5: Add a finishing touch of sweetness to your dessert pizza by drizzling it with vanilla icing! To make the icing easy to drizzle, warm up a few tablespoons of frosting in the microwave for a few seconds. Then, use a spoon or measuring cup to create a beautiful drizzle pattern over the pizza. You could also add mini marshmallows, shredded coconut or chopped walnuts.
