Trees are a vital element of life! Not only do they capture carbon
dioxide, they also give us clean air to breathe. They also keep the
temperature just right, and help make the planet a perfect place for
humans and animals.
Planting trees also has a positive impact on reducing climate change
and directly contributes to the United Nations Global Goals for
Sustainable Development.
You can play your part in making sure there are plenty of trees to keep
our planet healthy. If you choose tree planting, you will help restore
parts of Australia that desperately need more trees.
For every $20 you raise, Carbon Neutral will plant one tree in
the Yarra Yarra Biodiversity Corridor, one of only 36 biodiversity
hotspots worldwide. Hotspots are irreplaceable and preserving them
secures our global biodiversity.
The goal is to restore and replenish areas that have been damaged by
human destruction, and help protect our most vulnerable plants and
animals from being lost for good!
