We have partnered with the family friendly Holiday Inn Resort to bring you this exciting raffle fundraiser.

It is for two (2) adults and two (2) children twelve (12) years and younger, in a Garden Twin Room and includes daily breakfast, Kids Stay & Eat Free, use of the Kids Club and complimentary Wi-Fi. The 350 book category includes a Mele Cascade Waterfalls Tour.

Travel is a $1,500 or $2,000 Virgin Australia voucher. It can be used over the school holidays and winners have twelve months to plan and use their holiday.

We provide a complete raffle fundraiser.

We’ve been offering raffle fundraisers since 1999. We know all the ins and outs of producing a viable and profitable fundraiser. It is so easy for you to set up and run as we do all the work for you.

The most important aspect is keeping your cost in line with your expected income so we can ensure you make a healthy profit. We will only suggest a book category and cost that is appropriate for the size of your school, club or group.



We will work with you to produce a raffle that has a low breakeven relative to your group size.

Groups use our raffle fundraisers as general fundraisers.

Schools also use them as fete raffles where they commence asking families to sell books 6 weeks out from their fete, sell tickets on the day of their fete and have a draw time to assist in bringing more people to their fete.

MAXIMISING YOUR PROFIT

There is a wide selection of raffle options. We will work with you to structure a raffle with a low break even based on the size of your group and to maximise your profit.

The number of raffle ticket books to suit your group size could vary from the standard book quantities in the table shown in the raffle brochure.

We will customise a raffle that is right for your group.

NO MONEY UP FRONT

Schools, clubs, and approved groups don’t have to pay any monies to get their raffle up and running.

PAYMENT PLAN

To assist with your cash flows we provide a payment plan to schools, clubs and approved groups: Pay 20% after 30 days of receiving the raffle books, the balance of 80% is only due two (2) weeks before your draw date.

FAMILY FRIENDLY HOLIDAYS

The family friendly Holiday Inn holiday includes some good inclusions such as free breakfasts.

Holidays are for two (2) adults and two (2) children, 0-12years.

Winners have twelve (12) months to plan and use their holiday.

Prizes can be taken over school holidays subject to availability.

 

A COMPLETE FUNDRAISER

Just decide on the raffle you will be running, provide us with your draw dates, draw venue, your logo/emblem, permit/declared status number if required and we go to work getting your raffle tickets printed and all the support materials together for you.

You’ll be selling your raffle tickets within 10 days.

SELLING PRICES ONLY $2-$3

To ensure support and acceptance by your supporters, ticket prices are only $2 or $3 RRP.

PERMITS

Permits are not required in SA (prizes under $5,000), QLD, NSW and TAS for the holidays on offer. A permit is required for WA and may be required for ACT. A Declaration Number is required for VIC.

PERSONALISED RAFFLE BOOKS

Your colourful raffle tickets are professionally printed with your logo and raffle details for great presentation. Your supporters will feel very comfortable selling your raffle tickets to family and friends.

There are twenty (20) tickets per book.

EXTRA PRIZES

If you source extra prizes, we will add the details to the ticket at no extra charge.

 

YOUR VERY OWN RAFFLE IS EASILY SET UP AND RUN AS WE DO ALL THE WORK FOR YOU

It’s as simple as:

  1. Work out your start and draw dates, where ticket stubs and monies are to be returned and the draw location.
  2. Email your logo/emblem.
  3. Within 24 hours we will email the ticket artwork for your approval.
  4. Your tickets will be despatched within 10 days of receiving approval.
  5. We supply all the materials for your personalised raffle:
         - The resort holiday prize certificate, and the Virgin Australia or Caltex Starcard where applicable
         - Professionally printed raffle tickets with your logo
         - Large promotional posters
         - Seller incentive prizes
         - Parent info letter templates
         - Ticket sales tally system
         - Awesome friendly, knowledgeable customer service
  6. Provide your families/members a four (4) week selling period (but some run it over extended periods), with a two (2) week reminder
