Vouchers range from $1,000 and $5,000.

Your raffle fundraiser will create great interest and support throughout your school, club or group.

It is your very own raffle fundraiser and is not run with any other group. Use it as a general fundraiser and it is great as a fete raffle.

We do all the work for you!
We supply your personal, professionally printed colourful raffle tickets and all the fundraising support materials. Tickets are only $2 or $3RRP each. No money up front and we provide a payment plan!

There are several options available to your group ranging from $1,000 to $5,000 travel vouchers and $2 or $3 RRP ticket selling prices.

There is a considerable range of costs and profits to suit the size of your group. Details are shown in the raffle brochure shown below.

We provide a complete raffle fundraiser.

We’ve been offering raffle fundraisers since 1999. We know all the ins and outs of producing a viable and profitable fundraiser. It is so easy for you to set up and run as we do all the work for you.

The most important aspect is keeping your cost in line with your expected income so we can ensure you make a healthy profit. We will only suggest a book category and cost that is appropriate for the size of your school, club or group.

We will work with you to produce a raffle that has a low breakeven relative to your group size.

Groups use our raffle fundraisers as general fundraisers.

Schools also use them as fete raffles where they commence asking families to sell books 6 weeks out from their fete, sell tickets on the day of their fete and have a draw time to assist in bringing more people to their fete.

There is a wide selection of raffle options. We will work with you to structure a raffle with a low break even based on the size of your group and to maximise your profit.

The number of raffle ticket books to suit your group size could vary from the standard book quantities in the table shown in the raffle brochure.

We will customise a raffle that is right for your group.


Schools, clubs, and approved groups don’t have to pay any monies to get their raffle up and running.


To assist with your cash flows we provide a payment plan to schools, clubs and approved groups: Pay 20% after 30 days of receiving the raffle books, the balance of 80% is only due two (2) weeks before your draw date.


The winners will receive a travel voucher from Helloworld Travel Mt Ommaney enabling them to plan and book a holiday anywhere throughout Australia and the world. They can holiday at their favourite location or go where they’ve never had the opportunity to do so.

Helloworld Travel Mt Ommaney will assist the winners plan and make the bookings up to the value of the voucher.

The winners have two (2) years to use the voucher.



Just decide on the book size you will be using, provide us with your draw dates, draw venue, your logo/emblem, permit/declared status number if required and we go to work getting your raffle tickets printed and all the support materials together for you.

You’ll be selling your raffle tickets within 10 days.


To ensure support and acceptance by your supporters, ticket prices are only $2 or $3 RRP.


Permits are not required in SA (prizes under $5,000), QLD, NSW and TAS for the holidays on offer. A permit is required for WA and may be required for ACT. A Declaration Number is required for VIC.


Your colourful raffle tickets are professionally printed for great presentation. Families will feel very comfortable selling tickets to family and friends.

There are twenty (20) tickets per book.



It’s as simple as:

  1. Work out your start and draw dates, where ticket stubs and monies are to be returned and the draw location.
  2. Email your logo/emblem.
  3. Within 24 hours we will email the ticket artwork for your approval.
  4. Your tickets will be despatched within 10 days of receiving approval.
  5. We supply all the materials for your personalised raffle:
         - The resort holiday prize certificate, and the Virgin Australia or Caltex Starcard where applicable
         - Professionally printed raffle tickets with your logo
         - Large promotional posters
         - Seller incentive prizes
         - Parent info letter templates
         - Ticket sales tally system
         - Awesome friendly, knowledgeable customer service
  6. Provide your families/members a four (4) week selling period (but some run it over extended periods), with a two (2) week reminder
